Yoga & Meditation

Yoga literally changed my life. I know many people say that, but truly, it has given me the foundation to truly live in a holistic way. Yoga is not only postures and breathing techniques, but a way for the body/mind/soul to heal and maintain overall/optimal health.

I was first introduced to yoga as a late teen but really started practicing at 20 years old when I felt extremely overwhelmed and anxious at my corporate job. My first teacher training was completed in 2013 and I have been teaching ever since in the Greater Montreal Area (now online due to Covid-19)!

From that time, I’ve diligently studied various yoga styles and techniques such as Yin, Hatha, Therapeutic, Yoga for Trauma, Prenatal and more. Within these trainings, I’ve accumulated over 1000 hours of study and training, currently allowing me to specialize as a Yoga Therapist (registered with Academy of Naturopaths & Naturotherapists of Canada).

2020 was an opportunity to reach a larger audience as many businesses switched to having an online presence. And while I really miss teaching in-person (and look forward to that very much), I am so happy to still be providing classes and teachings online.
